This is part of Louis Roederers new collection, with each release based on a vintage: the Collection 245 is based on the 2020. Medium bodied, with a fruity nature, this is crunchy and fresh in the glass with a lovely chalky texture. Theres a delicate rounded feel to this, and with time in the glass, it opens to reveal some smoke and oyster shell umami notes.
