Nose Rich biscuity cheesecake, maple syrup and caramelised ginger with toasted oak notes. Palate Indulgent, confectionary sweet with a silky, syrupy mouthfeel. Fresh fruit salad and Chantilly cream. Finish Super smooth with a sustained sweetness.
