This is also distinctly earthy with its ripe and very fresh aromas of red and dark pinot fruit that are cut with whiffs of violet and a whisper of oak influence

Harvesting and vinification are identical in order to maximise terroir differences

Sebastien Dampt, Chablis other_regions A fresher combination is comprised(from vines in Milly). Cooler aromas include those of mineral reduction, green apple and salty ocean breezes. There is an interesting mouthfeel to the middle weight flavors that are at once caressing but quite punchy while the sneaky long finish almost disappears and then returns as it sits on the palate. While this would benefit from having a bit more depth, its already quite attractive and worth considering.
