Mette Williams Pear Eau de Vie Fruit Spirit 42% 500mlWilliams pears harvested in the heart of summer. After a natural fermentation, they are distilled twice in our copper pot stills. Our Williams pear brandy is aged for at least one year in stainless steel tanks before being bottled. Consume it as a digestive at 13c in a tulip glass. Colour: transparent, clear.
