Chapoutier Crozes-Hermitage Les Meysonniers 2021 thomas-dakin Blood plums and red cherriesMade from Syrah Chapoutier's red Crozes Hermitage Les Meysonniers comes from vines which are more than 25 years old. Chapoutier's Crozes Hermitage vines are grown on gentle slopes facing south. The soil is made up of a mixture of clays, pebbles and gravels. Red fruit and blackcurrant dominate the nose, followed by aromas of violet. A generous and round tasting wine with a finish of stewed fruits and a hint of vanilla.
