Gibbston Valley GV Collection Pinot Noir 2024 Size:Bottle aged using the Solera processA five vineyard blend: three Bendigo (50%), one Pisa (46%), and one Gibbston (4%) where Bendigo has provided structure and weight, Pisa the mid palate fleshiness and Gibbston the fragrance. The fruits from the various vines were vinified and pressed separately, then spending 10 months in French oak, 23% new. A complex wine with definite ageing potential. Fresh in nature with a spicy and sappy drive, red fruits, elegant form and a long mineral finish.
